Today, May 15th, is International Vasculitis Day.
The entire month of May is dedicated to raising awareness about vasculitis, culminating in the celebration of International Vasculitis Day on May 15.
This day was established just a few years ago with the support of leading medical experts and patient organizations from around the world. However, the day did not have a clear visual identity. As of today, it does!
With the help of CSL Vifor, ten possible logos were developed and the top three were selected through a random sampling process. Patients from all over the world then voted to choose the winner from these three.
Today is the day: we have a winner!

The globe represents the international nature of vasculitis and the hands show that we are working hard together to improve the understanding of vasculitis worldwide. Together, they form the symbol of unity, awareness and visibility that our community deserves.
From now on, this logo will be used by countless organizations to draw attention to International Vasculitis Day.
